PHILIPSBURG, St. Maarten - Fifteen-year-old Sa’Vannah-Rae Brooks is a budding musical prodigy. A student of Leroy Vlaun School of Music, Ms. Brooks plays the piano, guitar, violin, steelpan and cello.

Sa’Vannah Rae has been invited to attend the Philadelphia International Music Festival from July 16 – 29, 2016, to study with musicians of the world renowned Philadelphia Orchestra.
