Tangle Book Party, Features All New Generation Artists At Dutch Quarter Community Center

Committee Of Education, Culture, Youth And Sports Affairs (Cecysa) To Meet On Thursday.

PHILIPSBURG:--- The Committee of Education, Culture, Youth, and Sports Affairs of Parliament will meet on November 18, 2021.

The Committee meeting is scheduled for Thursday, at 9.00 hrs. in the General Assembly Chamber of the House at Wilhelminastraat #1 in Philipsburg. Dr. Rhoda Arrindell will be present.

Presentation on the status of the development of a national anthem for Sint Maarten (IS/115/2021-2022 dated October 12, 2021)

MARIGOT:---The tribute concert with 25 poetic performances for the late Raymond Helligar takes place here at The Gardens on Saturday, August 7, said organizer Sabrina Charville.
The open-air program under the mango trees, which begins at 4:30 pm, honors the work of Raymond Big Ray Helligar as a spoken word artist, said Charville. He was a founding poet at the recitals in Sandy Ground organized by Coffee & Soda Biscuits, a cultural association founded by Charville in 2017.

PHILIPSBURG:--- The Rafel Skeete Caribbean Baseball Invitational (RSCBI) is taking place here this weekend, June 25 27, at the Little League Stadium on Soualiga Road.
The well-known St. Martin veteran baseball player Rafel Skeete is on the island with his team from the USA. Skeete is a board member of the Piper Davis baseball group in Birmingham, Alabama, USA.
