PHILIPSBURG--The fate of the country of St. Maarten, just two weeks shy of its sixth birthday, and its 59,800 plus residents from more than 115 countries lies in the hands of 22,302 people. Hope Gets A Second Chance For Signatures
POND ISLAND--Helping Our People Excel (HOPE) may yet get on the ballot for the September 26 Parliamentary Elections.
