The tourism office notes Colombias dynamic economy and demographic dynamism makes it a prime target for destination St. Martin. With a population of 51 million, Colombia is a market waiting to be conquered with opportunities offered by Copa Airlines since the resumption of SXM-Panama rotations.

PHILIPSBURG--Caretaker Prime Minister Silveria Jacobs advocated for domestic violence prevention at the 68th session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) at the United Nations Headquarters earlier this week.

MARIGOT--Water Authority tablissement des Eaux et de lAssainissement de Saint-Martin (EEASM) held a press conference at its headquarters in Hope Estate on Friday to announce an extension to the present drinking water production plant in Galisbay that will be built and commissioned in 2027 to significantly improve capacity.
