PHILIPSBURG--Minister of Public Health, Social Development and Labor VSA Omar Ottley said during Parliaments Central Committee meeting Tuesday evening that businesses will be allowed to remain open until 2:00am once the countrys vaccination rate reaches 50 per cent.
