PHILIPSBURG – On Thursday morning, December 8, the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Primary School received a contribution of 10 tablets.

The 10 tablets will be utilized throughout the student population instead of granting it to 10 specific students. This approach will ensure the tablets are utilized to their maximum potential by more students.

Cantave Visits Mlk On School Book Tour

PHILIPSBURG – The group 8 students of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Primary School had a special guest speaker on Tuesday morning, September 20.

Ralph Cantave, author of Words of Change visited the school to inspire the students and to speak to them about his book.

“Ralph is truly inspiring for other youth and I felt it best to invite him to our school to speak to our students,” remarked School Manager of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Primary School Stuart Johnson.

DUTCH QUARTER – The staff and students of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Primary School celebrated in grand style on Wednesday morning, June 29, during a special award and promotion day ceremony.

“I am so proud of the great strides our school continues to make notwithstanding the unique challenges we face at times. Also, I wish to thank the staff for their commitment and unwavering support,” remarked School Manager of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Primary School Stuart Johnson.

Mlk Students Visits Coast Guard

SIMPSON BAY – The Cycle 2 year 4 students of the Dr. Martin Luther King (MLK) Jr. Primary School visited the Coast Guard facilities in Simpson Bay on Wednesday morning, June 15.

Mlk To Receive Professional Tennis Classes At Pdp Country Club

Philipsburg, Sint Maarten — The Country Club at Port De Plaisance in collaboration with the school manager of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Primary have teamed up for a special physical education project.
