Ralph Contave Author Receives Assistance From Mp Marlin-Romeo For Book On Culture, Politics And Youth Empowerment

PHILIPSBURG, St. Maarten – Sint Maarten's UNESCO's Youth Representative and recipient of the 2015 President of Parliament Award Ralph Contave, is the month of July recipient for the Give Back to the Community donation.

The selection committee nominated Mr. Contave and is in support of his endeavor to contribute to literacy on Sint Maarten.  Mr. Contave is writing his first book on St. Maarten's culture, political atmosphere and youth empowerment.
