Unbiased look at the Sint Maarten Elections
PHILIPSBURG, St. Maarten - Prime Minister the Honorable Marcel Gumbs was presented with a special birthday cake to make his special day special on Thursday while in Tortola, British Virgin Islands.
Gumbs was congratulated and wished well by European Union officials and its Overseas Countries and Territories (OCT) leaders.
The officials were in discussion about funding via the European Development Fund (EDF) for projects and programmes.
