Unbiased look at the Sint Maarten Elections
~ A debate is coming up ~
For the last six years, Tamica Joseph, also known as Lady Q for her popular radio show Positive Choice, has been a personality at SOS Radio. She touches on various subjects with her listeners and panellists, but the segment concerning relationships has in recent months evolved into a more sexual focus. This has inspired Tamica to create an entertaining event that is mainly a sex debate. Tamica said part of the reason for creating the event is because "radio is limited in what you can say." Panellists for this night will consist of a set of locals and also a set of experts on the subject. Locals include the following:
-Antoin (ATB)
-Sammy The Barber (barber)
-Anenda Zaandam(works in government)
-Carl Javois
-Solange Apon (marshal)
There will also be experts from the medical fields and foundations that pertain to sexual health. I personally am looking forward to this sexual debate because I know that among regular persons in the crowd and on the panel – and combined with the experts and emotions – traditions and cultural norms will be challenged. The ultimate goal is to educate the community, but why not have fun doing it?
The first 30 people who show up will be offered the following:
-A complimentary glass of wine, courtesy of Tamica and SOS Radio.
-Fruit covered with chocolate, courtesy of Exquisite Design & Decoration.
-A little "goody" gift, courtesy of Adult Toy Box.
That's just the beginning. Throughout the night, there will be a chocolate fountain and fresh fruits available for all guests free of charge, as long as it lasts. It's a great way to socialize, talk, have a good time. Date: March 4. Price: $10. Time: 8:30-11:30pm (doors open at 8:00pm). Ages: 18+ and ID is a must. Dress code: Respectful – no hats, no caps, no flips flops.
This event is being made possible by the following sponsors:
-Magueda Jackson with her "Sensual Poetry" performances.
-Dazzling Divas
-SOS Radio
-La Rich for the Décor at 747 Club
-Penha (surprise)
-747 Club for sponsoring the location

Now let's look at our weekly "Health Benefits of having Sex" courtesy of Lady Q.
This week, we focus on Cancer Prevention
It is suggested that men may reduce their risk of prostate cancer proportionately to their good orgasms and the stimulation of their testicles. While more research is needed, this would certainly be a welcome sex benefit. Sex is also suggested to lower breast cancer risk, this is said
to happen during arousal or orgasm when two of your "happiness" hormones rise. Oxytocin and DHEA are the two that may help keep breasts cancer free. A study showed that women who had sex more than once a month have a lower risk of developing breast cancer than those who were less sexually active. Some info taken from: www.prevention.com
