PHILIPSBURG--According to the prosecutor, former Member of Parliament aND leader of the United Peoples (UP) party, NDidate' href='/newspolitician/712/rolaNDo-brison'>RolaNDo Brison, does not recognise the seriousness of the allegations against him, which the prosecution says strike at the core of St. Maartens democratic system.
