THE HAGUE--The Kingdom Council of Ministers on Friday didnt yield any concrete agreements. Nevertheless, the plenipotentiary ministers of Aruba, Curaao and St. Maarten were positive about the outcome and remained cautiously optimistic about the negotiations with the Dutch government.
