PHILIPSBURG--Former Member of Parliament (MP) Theo Heyliger (50) was found guilty of accepting bribes from Dutch consultant Ronald Maasdam (65) and Windward Roads BV (WWR) construction company former director Janhendrik Boekaar (56), on Friday afternoon.
