PHILIPSBURG--Prime Minister Silveria Jacobs and First Vice-President of the Collectivit of St. Martin Valerie Damaseau honoured fifty strong, influential women of St. Maarten/St. Martin during the first Oualichi International Womens Day Awards Ceremony on Thursday evening.
