PHILIPSBURG--The Court of First Instance has upheld a recent decision by Minister of Tourism, Economic Affairs, Transport and Telecommunication (TEATT)
Grisha Heyliger-Marten that closed down District 721, at least until the nightclub on Welfare Road gets a new operational licence.
