St. Maarten News – “Much of the growth and success of Carnival over the last five years can be attributed to the fact that young, local entrepreneurs were given an opportunity to be part of Carnivals in the various facets of the festival,†says Mike Granger, director of the St. Maarten Carnival Development Foundation SCDF. “Across the board, key aspects of Carnival are now managed by young adults.â€
