Increasing moisture from a tropical wave in the vicinity, as well as instability due to a mid- to UPPer-level trough will provide increasingly cloUDy skies, isolated showers, aND possible thuNDer. Some of these showers may be heavy aND can lead to localized flooding aND/or rockslides along hillsides. Residents aND visitors are urged to exercise caution, particularly in low-lying aND flood-prone areas.
Gradually deteriorating seas are also expected with seas peaking up to 8 feet through the next few days. Small craft operators aND swimmers are advised to be vigilant aND exercise caution.
