MARIGOT--After several postponements, the favouritism trial involving President Daniel Gibbs, First Vice-President Valrie Damaseau, and former Third Vice-President Annick Ptrus (now Senator) began Monday in the annex of Palais de Justice in Marigot with lawyers of the defendants present.
