PHILIPSBURG--On Wednesday, Finance Minister Ardwell Irion said that a follow-up meeting will be held with Moodys Investors Service regarding the downgrade of the St. Maarten governments issuer ratings from Baa3 to Ba2. Moodys also changed the outlook to negative.
