PHILIPSBURG--The Central Bank for Curaao and St. Maarten (CBCS) is considering legislation to obligate commercial banks to provide basic bank services to natural persons, Finance Minister Ardwell Irion said in answers provided to Members of Parliament (MPs) in response to questions asked during a meeting of Parliaments Finance Committee regarding CBCS.
