MARIGOT--President of the Collectivit Daniel Gibbs has expanded on the announcement of aid measures by President of the Republic Emmanuel Macron in response to the coronavirus COVID-19 crisis by saying he will propose to the Territorial Council the setting up of an emergency fund of five million euros.
