Unbiased look at the Sint Maarten Elections
PHILIPSBURG, St. Maarten - One of the political parties vying for seats in the September 26th parliamentary elections is the National Alliance (NA) under the leadership of Prime Minister, the Honorable William Marlin.
As a result, the party will officially be introducing its list of 23 candidates during a ceremony this weekend.
The ceremonial event is set to take place at the party’s headquarters on Sunday August 7th at the former Patricia’s Bar on the Sucker Garden Road and will start at 6 pm.
During the ceremony the general public will have the opportunity to meet and mingle with the candidates.
Speaking to our news department, president of the National Alliance (NA) Cedric James noted that they are confidence that the persons that will be introduced to the public are capable of taking the country to the next level.
The party has as its slogan, “We Accomplishâ€.
