Unbiased look at the Sint Maarten Elections
FOR THE LOVE OF SHOES
Greetings!
My name is Ameera Groeneveldt. I am the owner of Shoe Solution SXM – the ONLINE delivery shoe store for women, men and kids; specializing in large shoe sizes 10 and up and wide-width shoes. I am also a shoe consultant.
LOVE. That is the one word that sums up what is LACKING for feet these days. Actually, now to think of it, this problem has been going on for years now. The lack of love is shown in the back and knee pain that we experience in our later years in life.
For some reason, we as people are so busy in our daily lives with our daily activities that we forget about our feet. For most of us who are blessed with the ability to walk, it is our feet that take us everywhere. How can we neglect the body parts that carry our entire body, big or small. We also run and jog, putting even more strain on our feet.
People, please remember: TAKE CARE OF YOUR FEET AND THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!
Now, for my wide feet women and men readers; did you know that if you continue to abuse your feet, you will suffer the consequences in the future? You may ask: "How am I abusing my feet?" Simple. By wearing shoes that are "TOO SMALL" for your feet, you run the risk of arthritis and poor circulation, not forgetting corns and blisters. Your feet do not forgive your punishment simply because the shoes look cute, or because they are in style right now, or because they are worn by your favourite celebrity! All your feet want you to do is to wear the correct shoes that fit their size; shoes that are comfortable and give proper support is all areas. Most importantly, if you purchase shoes with straps, please make sure that the straps are not so tight that they cut off blood circulation.
The easiest way for you to know if the shoes are too tight is to just try them on, if you can. If you have difficulty putting them on; if your toes touch the edge of the shoes; if when you put them on, they feel like they are squeezing... then they are too tight. If you see the shoe imprinted on your feet, then that is a clear indication that the shoe is obviously too small or too tight.
WIDE FEET NEED WIDE SHOES AND NOT LONG SHOES!
