Unbiased look at the Sint Maarten Elections
PHILIPSBURG, St. Maarten - The delegations of Parliamentarians from Aruba, Curacao and St. Maarten currently in Holland for the Inter-parliamentary Kingdom Consultations (IPKO), have been meeting in a tri-partite setting.
The IPKO meeting is set to start on May 27th, and according to Member of Parliament and leader of the United St. Maarten Party, the Honorable Frans Richardson, it is very important that the three countries are on the same page going into the discussions in Holland.
Speaking to our news department, and in giving us some insight into the talks thus far, he noted that one of the issues being looked at very closely at this time is the cost to pay back students loans for students studying in Holland.
