PHILIPSBURG--St. Maarten has been selected for the Owen Arthur Scholarship, a Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA) FouNDation initiative aimed at sUPPorting youth development, education aND community advancement across the region, marking the countrys first inclusion in the programme.
