PHILIPSBURG--Minister of Justice Anna Richardson recently visited the New Castle County Police Crime Service Unit in the state of Delaware, United States of America, where she met with Unit Coordinator Marki Mosley. The purpose of the visit was Richardsons wish to be informed about the Victim Service Unit (VSU).
