EXCLUSIVE: Four Proposed Minister’s Allegedly Failed Screening --- Duncan under Investigation.

PHILIPSBURG:--- SMN News has been reliably informed that four of the proposed Ministers that were submitted to the Governor of St. Maarten for screening allegedly failed the screening process.
According to the information SMN News received Petrus Leroy de Weever failed the screening due to the complaint filed against him by Judith Roumou. Richard Gibson failed the screening based on the ongoing molestation investigation against him and complaint that was filed by his wife Andrea Gibson Paul. Attorney at Law Peggy Ann Brandon failed the screening because of her close affiliation with former Minister of Justice Roland Duncan who is currently under investigation for being involved in the prostitution trade, the fourth person that allegedly failed the screening is the proposed Minister of Plenipotentiary Lucas Berman allegedly because he is involved with some drug related issues.
On Friday the CFT held a press conference to update members of the media about the budget of St. Maarten and St. Maarten's representative on the CFT board Richard Gibson did not attend. The Chairman of the CFT board said that based on discussions with Gibson he decided not to participate in the discussions held with the CFT. Bakker was asked if he knew when the Government of St. Maarten will appoint a new member to the board, Bakker said he did not know.
