MARIGOT--President of the Collectivit of St. Martin Daniel Gibbs received a courtesy visit from Colonel Vincent Lamballe, newly-appointed head of the Gendarmerie in Guadeloupe and the northern islands (St. Martin and St. Barths), on Tuesday.
