MARIGOT--President of the Collectivit Daniel Gibbs took part in a meeting organised with the Service dInsertion et de Probation Pnitentiaire (SPIP) at the Red Cross headquarters on Thursday, January 21, regarding the opening of a video conference room for the use of prisoners from St. Martin to connect with their families.
