PHILIPSBURG--Minister of Tourism, Economic Affairs, Transport and Telecommunication (TEATT) Ludmila de Weever recently mediated a long-standing stalemate between telecommunications company TelEm and St. Maarten telecommunications regulator Bureau Telecommunications and Post (BTP).
