PHILIPSBURG--United Peoples (UP) party Member of Parliament (MP) Grisha Heyliger-Marten on Thursday characterised the statements of St. Maarten Bar Association Dean Geert Hatzmann as racist and bigoted. She called on the association to state its formal position on the statements.
