MARIGOTPrime Minister Silveria Jacobs speaking at Monday evenings joint press conference sought to reassure the public by explaining that the two French nationals who were stopped at Princess Juliana International on February 28, after the alert came from St. Barths authorities, displayed no signs at all of Covid-19 and therefore risk of transmission was very small.
