The Village was officially declared open by Minister of Culture Silveria Jacobs, St. Maarten Carnival Development Foundation (SCDF) President Alston Lourens and main sponsor TelEm’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Kendall Dupersoy on Monday evening.
