PHILIPSBURG, St. Maarten - Repairs to Back Street can be expected to start within short, stated Prime Minister with the responsibility for General Affairs, the Honorable William Marlin.
Speaking at the Council Ministers press briefing last week, the Prime Minister noted that the Council of Ministers has taken a decision that will enable them to execute the project.
