PHILIPSBURG, St. Maarten - The appointment of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the island’s telephone company, TelEm is still pending.
Speaking at the Council of Ministers press briefing on Wednesday, Prime Minister in charge of General Affairs the Honorable William Marlin blamed the Corporate Governance Council for the hold up.
