PHILIPSBURG--Independent Member of Parliament (MP) Leona Marlin-Romeo has sent a letter to Parliament Chairwoman Sarah Wescot-Williams about the â€œabrupt suspensionâ€ of the plenary session of Parliament dealing with the draft 2016 budget on March 10.
