PHILIPSBURG--The “Octopus†investigation wants to maintain its tight grasp on independent Member of Parliamen1 (MP) Silvio Matser. The Prosecutor on Thursday petitioned the Judge of Instruction, based on the Penal Code, to extend Matser’s detention for another eight days.
