Unbiased look at the Sint Maarten Elections
PHILIPSBURG, St. Maarten - Former Minister of Education the Honorable MP Silveria Jacobs wished all a successful start to the new school year noting that the new school year means new opportunities for all.
She is however concerned about some of the noted deficiencies in the education system.
Among them the situation with NIPA.
